The Église Saint-Vital in La Madeleine was dedicated on April 8, 1984. The church was designed by Pierre Nicol and Guillaume Thelot. It replaced a new-gothic style church building from 1863-1864. It is unknown whether there was a pipe organ in this church or not. In the newly built church there is no pipe organ, but an electronic instrument.
