The company Schoenstein & Co. built a new organ for the chapel of the Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community Center in Charleston, South Carolina in 2020. The organ has three manuals and fourteen ranks. Consultant was Nigel Potts. On October 22, 2020, a first concert was given by Nigel Potts for a small group of people, in connection with the corona epidemic. The official dedication could only be organized on November 18, 2021. Jeffrey Smith played the inaugural concert a day later.
