Greenville First Presbyterian Church was built in 1882. When the church sanctuary was enlarged in 1911, a new organ was installed by Austin. This instrument, enlarged in 1949, was removed from the church in 1987 and donated to the Presbyterian Cathedral of São Paulo in Brasil. The church was completely renewed in 1987-1988. Only two walls and the towers remained of the old structure. Casavant installed a new pipe organ with four manuals and 61 stops.
