The residence organ of mr. Joseph Jacob in Charneux was built by André Thomas in collaboration with the owner in the years 1972 - 1977. It had two manuals and nine stops. After the organ was completed some modifications in the stop list were soon carried out: the Cromorne 8' of the first manual was replace by a Nasard and Tierce, and the Larigot 1 1/3' of the second manual was replaced by a Cymbale. In 1988-1989 the organ was enlarged with a third manual, the Récit, with only a Régale 8'. This manual can be coupled to the second manual, but not to Grand Orgue or Pédale.
