For the new chapel of Milligan College in Johnson City, Tennessee, the firm Schantz built a three-manual pipe organ. The chapel was designed in Georgian style by the firm Godwin & Rawls Architects. The building was dedicated as the Seeger Memorial Chapel on November 4, 1967. The Schantz organ was installed behind the stage with a freestanding console on a platform that can be moved.
