  • In 1875 Louis-François Callinet built a two-manual organ for the chapel of the Institution Saint-Jean in Besançon. The organ was modified by Georges Schwenkedel during a renovation in 1941. In 1979 the instrument was sold to be installed in the chapel of the Sanctuaire Notre-Dame du Mont-Roland in Jouhe. It was reconstructed and relocated by Jean Deloye and Philippe Hartmann.
  • From the original work of Callinet the upper part of the organ case could be re-used, and most of the pipework. The action, the keyboards and the bellows are new. Five stops are also newly made in 1979. Philippe Hartmann made the Fourniture, Cymbale and Tierce. Jean Deloye made the Nazard and the Larigot.
