For the new building of the Christ Episcopal Church in Denver a new organ was built by Martin Ott. The instrument was designed in collaboration with the church architect, Robert F. Mahoney. It was dedicated in 1991. The stops Twelfth and Seventeenth of Great share one drawer. Together they make a Sesquialtera.
