Bernard Maybeck designed the College Chapel of Principia College in Elsah, Illinois, in 1930. For this chapel Martin Ott built a new organ in 1990-1993. The case was designed in a style that fits to the interior of the chapel, with carvings by Diane Pappas. It was constructed under consultancy of John Near. The organ was dedicated on May 1st, 1993 with a recital by Joan Lippincott.
