Built by: Martin Ott Pipe Organ Inc. (2000) - opus 91

Martin Ott built a new organ for the First Congegrational Church in Battle Creek in the years 1997-2000. While the organ was built the church also had a major renovation. A small part of the instrument was already installed in the spring of 1999, to be used at the re-dedication service for the church building. The completed organ was dedicated with a recital by Albert Bolitho in June 2000. Some ranks of the former Casavant organ from 1961 were revoiced and used again. The organ has three manuals and pedals. Both Choir and Positiv division are played from the same manual. There is also a small one-manual keydesk, from which only the Positiv organ can be played as a continuo organ.
