The Sophienkirche in Carlsruhe, today Pokój in Poland, was dedicated on August 8, 1765. Christian Siegmund Puchert built a fine organ for this church in 1774, that was modified in 1828 by Daniel Meister. The current organ has been built by the firm Schlag & Söhne in 1905, using some old pipework and the beautiful case.
