Het huidige gebouw van de Uniting Church in Vaucluse is in 1960 gebouwd. Het kwam in de plaats van een oudere kerk van de Congregational Church aan Russell Street, die van 1909 tot 1960 in gebruik was. In dit gebouw is tegenwoordig de Church Hall gevestigd. In 1933 werd een tweedehands orgel in de kerk geplaatst, gebouwd rond 1870 door de firma Chappell & Co. uit Londen voor Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Newcastle. Het orgel is door C.W. Leggo overgeplaatst.
