The organ contains older material: Organ case from ca. 1720 by Gerhard von Holy
In 1958 the Kemper company built a new organ for the Stadtkirche in Lünen. It was placed in the historic organ case in the church, which was created around 1720 by Gerhard von Holy. The positive was added by Kemper in 1960. In 2011-2012, the Willi Peter company carried out a restoration. The organ has been revoiced on this occasion.
