In 1952-1953 a new parish church was built in Gremberg to a design by Georg Maria Lünenborg, dedicated to Sankt Marien. The building was expanded in 1982 to a design by Hans Zinner. In 1966 a pipe organ was installed by the company Hans-Theodor Vleugels.
