In 1770 Domenico Fideli built an organ for the Basilica in Loreto. In its construction, he used pipework from two organs from the Ascoli Piceno region, which were built around 1640. In 1858 the organ was restored and expanded by Odoardo Cioccolani. He then placed it in the church of Comunanza. In 2015, Michel Formentelli carried out a restoration. On September 25, 2015, the organ was put back into use.
