In 1925, Frederic Fisher donated money for a large organ to the Detroit cathedral. It was built by the Casavant company. The organ has never been changed. The Casavant company carried out a restoration of the reeds and mixture stops in 2010. The console has been expanded with a modern combination unit with Solid State Memory.
