- De parochiekerk Our Lady of Good Counsel in Baltimore werd gebouwd in 1889-1890. De Maryland Church Organ Company leverde in 1896 een orgel. Het orgel staat in zijn geheel in een zwelkast, met uitzondering van de Open Diapason van Great die in het front staat en de Bourdon 16', die buiten de kas is geplaatst.
- In de twintigste eeuw is de tractuur electropneumatisch gemaakt, met een vrijstaande speeltafel. Later is dit gewijzigd in een volledig electrische tractuur.
