In 1949, the Aeolian-Skinner firm built a large new organ for Covenant Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was not installed in the church before 1953, because the building was only then completed. An Antiphonal Organ was installed in 1962 on the balcony. In 1974 a new console was installed, with which both the Chancel Organ and the new Gallery Organ (Schlicker) can be played. The Antiphonal Organ from 1962 was removed in 1974.
