In 1997 a historic organ was installed in the Luther Memorial Church, Madison, Wisconsin, that was built in 1893 by John W. Steere. The organ came from the United Church of Christ in Chicago. After a restoration by J.C. Taylor & Co. it is placed on a gallery in the east transept.
