- The organ in the parish church of Gerpinnes dates from the early eighteenth century. The maker is unknown. It was placed in the church in 1805 by the organ builder Rifflart. It was acquired from the church of the Dominican monastery in Namur. Around 1720 a new church was built for this monastery. In 1845 it was reported by the curé Barbieux that the organ dates from 1666 and was built by Boremans.
- Charles-Frédéric Rifflart carried out a restoration in 1891. He replaced the Tierce with a Flûte Octaviante. From 1900 to 1911, François Joris worked on the organ. Finally, an electric blower was installed in 1931 by François D'Hondt.
- The organ was in poor condition in 1997. Several registers were missing. A number of ranks only had pipes up to c''', while the keyboard compass is from C to f'''. Rudi Jacques carried out a restoration in 2004-2005. The beautiful organ case was painted by Caroline Sogor.
