De firma E. & G.G. Hook bouwde in 1869 een orgel voor de kathedraal van Saint Joseph in Manchester, New Hampshire. Het orgel werd als tweeklaviers orgel geplaats in de Choir Gallery. Het is rond 1950 door William Laws geëlectrificeerd. De firma Marshal Ogeltree & Associates bouwde het orgel in 2002 om. Het werd uitgebreid met verschillende digitale registers.
