The organ in the parish church of Bad Mitterndorf was built in 1908 by Konrad Hopferwieser. It replaced an organ of Peter Hötzel from 1793 with eight stops. The original instrument had seven stops on the manuals, that could be used by choice on the first or the second manual. In 1947, the organ was enlarged by the company Gebr. Mauracher with an independent second manual. The Dolce was installed on the new manual, and was replaced by a Mixtur 3 fach. The pedal was enlarged with a Choralbass 4'.
