- Jean-Baptiste Goynaut built a baroque organ in 1769 for the church in Vilvoorde, dedicated to Our Lady of Good Hope. The organ was set up with a main organ and a positive organ in the gallery. In 1841 the organ was worked on by François Bernard Loret. Among other things, he installed a Bombarde 16', which is still present.
- The organ was rebuilt in 1902 by Jos. Stevens. The main case was split into two parts and placed on both sides of the window. The gallery positive has been emptied except for the front pipes. Stevens built a romantic pneumatic organ with 26 registers. Some of the pipework from the old instrument may have been reused, but much of the material was newly fabricated.
- In 1999 the organ was overhauled by Pieter Vanhaecke. The pneumatic traction has been electrified by him.
