In 1767 an organ was placed in the Wallfahrtskirche in Maria Luggau with 17 stops, built by Wörle from Bozen. In 1899 the interior was renewed by Alois Fuetsch, using a few old registers. The 1767 organ main case was removed, but the case of the positive remained empty in the balustrade. The new organ had 15 stops, pneumatic action and cone chests. In 1987 a new mechanical organ with 21 stops was built by Paolo Ciresa. Both organ case have been reused.
