- De firma Casavant bouwde in 1916 een orgel, opus 665, voor de Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, Lewiston, Maine. Het werd geplaatst in een kapel in de ruimte onder de kerk. In 2004 is het orgel gekocht voor de Church of the Resurrection in New York City. Het hier aanwezige orgel van McManis uit 1962 verkeerde in onbespeelbare toestand. In 2007 waren de financiën rond, en kon de verhuizing van het orgel beginnen. Met Kerst 2009 kon het orgel voor het eerst worden gebruikt tijdens een kerkdienst. De officiële ingebruikneming van het voltooide instrument was op 22 februari 2011 met een concert door Peter Richard Conte.
- Het orgel is bij de verhuizing uitgebreid met enkele registers, waaronder een Bourdon op het pedaal uit het Skinner-orgel van 1924 dat eerder in de kerk stond, en drie registers van McManis uit 1962. De werkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd door het Organ Clearing House.
