The organ in the Liebfrauenkirche in Kitzbühel is an old instrument. The organ case dates from 1664, and was built by Christoph Egedacher for a small positive in the Sankt Andreaskirche. The organ was transferred to the Liebfrauenkirche in 1907. It was in unplayable condition for a long time, and a lot of material was gone. The organ was reconstructed in 1979-1980 by Reinisch-Pirchner. In 1995, the Kubak company carried out an overhaul.
