The organ in the Église Saint-Martin in Baileux was built in the years 1854-1856 by Hippolyte Loret. The organ is placed in a tall case, designed by J.-L. Dropsy. In 1967-1968 the organ was restored and modified by Emile Dresse. He changed the registers Voix Céleste and Salicional of the Récit into a Nazard and a Flûte 2'. He placed the Salicional of the Grand Orgue on the Récit, and replaced it with a Larigot. The pedal was expanded with three reed stops on an electric chest. In April 1968, the organ was returned to service with a concert by Jean-Jacques Grünenwald.
