Het orgel in de Holy Trinity Church in Berwick-upon-Tweed is in 1855 gebouwd door de firma Nicholson als tweeklaviers orgel. In 1905 is het door Harrison & Harrison herbouwd als drieklaviers orgel, waarbij het materiaal van Nicholson vrijwel integraal is overgenomen. Het orgel is na 1905 nog gewijzigd. In 2012 voerde de firma Principal Pipe Organs een restauratie uit.
