In 1844 the company Daublaine-Callinet built an organ for the old cathedral La Major in Marseille. In 1895-1896 François Mader built a new organ for this church. The old one was transferred by the company Mader-Arnaud to the parish church of Gonfaron. Jean-Albert Négrel restored the organ in 1960.
