John and Eugène Abbey built a new organ for the parish church of Cossé-le-Vivien in 1876. The organ has a prospect in neo-gothic style. In 1895 it was renovated by Louis Debièrre, who relocated it from the gallery to the ground floor in the choir of the church. In 1941 it was reloacted to the gallery by Debièrre.
