Nicolas-Antoine Lété built an organ in 1841 for the Église Saint-Denis in Cirey-sur-Vezouze. It was dedicated on January 31, 1842. It was a one-manual organ with seven registers, without a pedal. In 1883 Jean-Frédéric Verschneider built a new organ for this church. The old instrument has been sold and was transferred by Jean Blési to the Église Saint-Rémy in Eulmont. On this occasion, he extended the organ with an attached pedal. In 2001 the organ was restored by Antoine Bois and Laurent Plet. The pedal from 1883 has been removed.
