Somewhere between 1770 and 1807 a mechanical organ with cylinders was built by Francis Broderip & George Wilkinson. The organ has no keyboard, and can only be played with the cylinders. The organ was located in the collection of the Musée Barrois, 7 Rue François de Guise in Bar-le-Duc. In 2017 it was transfered to the Musée de la Cité de la Musique in the building of the Philharmonie in Paris.
