In 1980 Bernard Cogez built a new organ for Notre-Dame in Fives. The instrument is located on the choir of the church. Cogez used part of Van Bever's pipework from the organ of the Abbey Church in Loos from 1902, and a facade from the Église Saint-Sauveur in Lille. Three registers are from the eighteenth century.
