Het orgel in Gazzo Padovano is in 1891 gebouwd door de Famiglia Zordan. In 1960 is de orgelkas verwijderd en een nieuwe elektrische tractuur aangelegd. In 2010 heeft Romain Legros uit Verona het orgel gerestaureerd c.q. gereconstrueerd. Orgelkas en tractuur werden nieuw vervaardigd. Tevens werd het orgel met een tweede manuaal ("Positivo") uitgebreid.
