- The organ in the Holy Cross Church in Korbeek-Lo dates from the mid-eighteenth century. It is attributed to Johannes Smets. The organ has no pedal and has one manual with eleven stops. It has been renovated over time, probably by Leonard Dryvers after 1854. Pierre Schyven renewed the wind facility in 1879. Emile Kerkhoff restored the organ in 1926.
- The organ was technically restored by Wilfried Praet in the years 1991-1992. In 2022-2023, the organ was returned to its likely original state in a major restoration by Verschueren Orgelbouw. The missing registers have been newly created in style. The old pitch has been restored.
