The organ of the Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Dammartin-en-Goële (previously called Église Collégiale de Notre-Dame de l'Assomption) was built in 1897 by Aristide Cavaillé-Coll on the gallery above the entrance of the church. In 1982, the company Gutschenritter reconstructed the organ in a new organ case on the choir on the church floor. The work was completed in 1986 by Bernard Dargassies. In 2011, a restoration has been carried out by the Manufacture Berrichonne des Orgues.
