The organ in the church of Danbury was built in 1936 by Walker & Sons. The prospect pipes were stolen in 1983. These were replaced during a restoration in 1988 by Rushworth & Dreaper. They also created a new division, Nave Great, so that the organ could sound stronger in the church. The instrument was restored by the firm F.H Browne & Sons in 2003.
