Het huidige kerkgebouw met de naam Adam and Eve's Church in Dublin is in 1889 gewijd. In de nog niet voltooide kerk werd door de firma Bevington & Sons een orgel geplaatst. In 1916 is dit vervangend oor een nieuw orgel, gebouwd door de firma Telford & Telford. In 1936 bouwde T.W. Magahy uit Cork een nieuw orgel, waarbij veel pijpwerk van Telford is overgenomen. Het orgel is in 1996 gerestaureerd en deels herbouwd door Trevor Crowe.
