2001 Wood Organ Builders  restoration

In 2001 an organ was placed in room 310 of the Sibelius Academy, which was built in 1874 by Peter Conacher. It was designed as a residence organ for a client in Huddersfield, and was later moved to a chapel in the village. After the organ became redundant in the chapel, it was dismantled and restored by the company Wood, after which it was placed in Helsinki.
