Het orgel in de Nederduits-Gereformeerde Kerk in Ladismith is in 1893 gebouwd voor het vorige kerkgebouw. In 1942 is het overgeplaatst naar het huidige gebouw, waar het in 1948 is gemoderniseerd en uitgebreid. Daarbij is de tractuur geëlectrificeerd en werd een nieuwe speeltafel geplaatst.
