The organ in Notre-Dame in Josselin was originally built for the Église-Abbatiale de Paimpont. It was installed in Josselin in 1812. Paul-Marie Koenig carried out a restoration in 1949. This was followed by a further restoration in two phases, by the firm of Beuchet-Debière in 1986 and by Barthélémy Formentelli in 1989.
