In 1939-1940, the Convers-Cavaillé-Coll company built an organ for the chapel of the Pères Salésiens in Gradignan. The instrument has an older console, dating from the 1890s-1900s. After 1950 a new organ case was installed by Convers-Cavaillé-Coll. In 1977 the organ was transferred to the parish church of La Fresnais by the firm Beuchet-Debièrre. This company renovated the organ in 1989. A restoration was carried out in 2019 by Thierry Lemercier.
