The organ in the Église Saint-Martin in Portet-sur-Garonne was originally built in 1879 by Baptist Puget for the chapel of the Pensionnat Saint-Joseph in Toulouse. It was transferred to Portet-sur-Garonne in 1955 by Edmond Costa. In 1970 Edmond Costa renovated the organ, electrifying the action. The instrument was overhauled by Paul Manuel in 1978. In 2020, the organ was demolished and replaced by a new instrument. Parts of the Puget organ have been reused.
