- The organ in the chapel of the Hôpital Bon-Sauveur in Albi was originally built in 1840 by Pierre-Alexandre Ducroquet. Between 1844 and 1849 it served as a choir organ in the Église Saint-Eustache in Paris. In 1855 it was sold to Père Jamet from Albi. A new organ case has been built in Caen. In June 1855 the instrument was placed in the chapel in Albi.
- The organ was renovated and expanded in 1885 by Théodore Puget. The current specification dates from the work. After this, there were further restorations by Claude Armand in 1994 and by Franz Lefévre in 2018.
