The organ at Notre-Dame in Ailly-le-Haut-Clocher is an eighteenth-century organ, probably transferred from a convent to the church after the French Revolution. The instrument looks largerthan it is: there is only one keyboard with nine divided stops, and there is no pedal board. The organ is well preserved in its original condition. A wind engine was installed in the twentieth century.
