Het orgel in de kerk van Saint John the Baptist in Isleworth verkeert in slechte staat. Het instrument werd oorspronkelijk in 1856 gebouwd door Thomas Robson, maar is in 1903 ingrijpend herbouwd door de firma Bishop & Son. Daarbij is de tractuur gepneumatiseerd.
