- The organ in the Notre-Dame in Bois-Seigneur-Isaac has an eighteenth-century organ case, built by Pieter Van Peteghem in 1760 and enlarged by François Joseph Coppin in 1830. The prospect is richly decorated. George Cloetens built a new organ in this case in the beginning of the twentieth century. Not much was left of Cloetens' work in 1981. The pipework had largely disappeared. The organ had a free-standing console with one manual and pedal. The register names were in poor condition, so that the stop list was no longer readable. The organ had only nine stops.
- In 2018-2019 Guido Schumacher rebuilt the organ, using the still existing material of Van Peteghem and Coppin as a starting point.
