  • In 1738 Jean-François Mangin built a new organ for the Église Saint-Jacques of the Abbaye Notre-Dame-des-Nonnains in Troyes. The beautiful organ case was constructed by Pierre Collot. After closure of the abbey the instrument was installed in Bar-sur-Seine by Jean-Baptiste Salmon.
  • In the twentieth century several minor renovations and maintenance works were carried out: in 1904 by Charles Rollin, in 1931 by Jules Bossier and in 1958 by Georges Helbig. In 1991 Théo Haerpfer restored the organ. The ranks were revoiced by Philippe Hartmann and Hervé Zuffinetti.
  • Laurent Plet carried out maintenance in 2012. In 2019 a restoration of the interior of the church started. The organ was covered to prevent it from getting too dirty. A new restoration is preserved for 2022 by Laurent Plet, after the works in the church are finished.
