Het orgel is in de jaren 1835-1839 gebouwd door Franz Anton Kiene samen met zijn zoon Johann Nepomuk. In 1906 werd het van pneumatische tractuur voorzien door de firma Goll. In 1976 is het instrument gerestaureerd en gereconstrueerd door Mathis Orgelbau.
