  • In 1884-1885 the Gebrüder Breidenfeld built an organ for the Sankt Martinskirche in Nennig. It replaced an organ built in 1820. The new organ has twelve registers. The original front pipes were removed in 1917. After a repair by Julius Reimsbach in 1952, a major renovation followed in 1956. New front pipes of zinc were placed, and the Gamba 8' was shortened to a Quinte 2 2/3'. The Oberlinger company carried out an overhaul in 1964. In 1967 the upper case was removed, and an open arrangement of the pipework was used as a new facade.
  • The organ was restored by Oberlinger in 1997 and brought back to its original condition. New pewter front pipes have been installed. The organ case has also been reconstructed on the basis of old photographs.
