Het orgel in de Franciscanenkerk in Șumuleu Ciuc is in 1931 als opus 232 gebouwd door de firma Leopold Wegenstein & Söhne. In de jaren 1985-1991 is het instrument gerestaureerd door Walter Kindl en Hermann Binder. Daarbij is ook de dispositie gewijzigd.
